Your complaint must include the following information:

  2. Detailed identification of the infringed intellectual property, including registration number and country of registration (if applicable).
  3. Detailed description of the allegedly infringing content, including its specific location on the website or application, with sufficient information to allow us to locate it.
  4. For design patents: clear identification of the design claimed to be infringed and the corresponding registration number.
  5. For utility model patents: clear identification of the utility model claimed to be infringed, together with supporting court orders or judgments.
  6. Your full company name, affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  7. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use of the content in question is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  8. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
 
Upon receiving a valid complaint notice, we reserve the right to take the following actions:
 
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content;
  • Remove links directing to such content;
  • Notify the alleged infringer that the content has been removed or disabled;
  • Terminate access to WTKEQKQ services for users or third parties who are repeat intellectual property infringers;
  • Take other actions in accordance with our Terms of Use or applicable policies.
