Eligible Return & Exchange Conditions
- The product has quality issues.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The wrong item was delivered, or the received item does not match the ordered product.
Returns or exchanges are allowed as long as the item does not affect secondary sales.
Exceptions to 7‑Day Return Policy
The 7‑day free return policy does not apply to:

- Products that have been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on).
- Products with visible wear on appearance, functional parts, or accessories.
- Products whose original packaging is lost or severely damaged (excluding normal unboxing), affecting secondary sales.
- Other items unsuitable for return due to their nature, as confirmed by you at the time of purchase.
- Other situations where the item is not in new condition and affects secondary sales.

Refund processWithin 7 days of receipt, please send the item back via courier.Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 15 working days.
